What we collect
When you request a quote or send a message we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, site postcode and the details you give us about your premises.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare a quote and, if you become a customer, deliver and invoice our services.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. If you become a customer, we process data to perform our contract with you.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email delivery and hosting, under contracts that protect your information. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become contracts are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us to make a request.
